Doctor O's Office Called

Well Ramona from Dr O's called today, my appointment is for Jan. 24th 1:30. The only problem with this is that Michelle and I sent our packets in at different times so we can't get our appointments together.. BUT!!!!!!!! I'm going to call New Hope later on here and see what they say, I'll keep my appointment with DR> O if they can't move faster.... Debby

Ok she called back, she is sending me a packet and as soon as i get it filled out and an Upper GI and send it all back to her she will make my appointment. :P SO THERE I am waiting for my PCP to call to see if he will order the upper GI or if my Gastro wants to do it.... OK ??? HAPPY NOW???? Debby

No, I'm not. LOL HURRY UP AND GET YOUR PACKET FILLED OUT! ROFL Don't worry about the Order for the Upper GI. When you return all of your info, Crystal will give you a script for the upper GI. You then just have to make the appointment. If you have had one in the last year, you don't have to get another. Your records are good for a year. If you want to get a head start, drop me an email [email protected] and I will give you a list of what needs to be filled out. You'll probably get everything by Monday or Tuesday but if you want to start thinking.... Let me know Melissa

based on what Crystal told me all I need is the upper GI and my PCP went ahead and ordered it for me.. So this is what they said I need PCP letter got 1 year med history got Psych eval got Pulminary functions got Nutritionist visit got Upper GI need He will order an EKG the week before surgery... if he thinks you need one oh and we dont have to go to the informational meeting... she said since we live so far away Dr. T said it was ok... I told her we have been to so many informational meetings that we could probably operate on ourselves LOL
