IL State Fair Baby Photo Contest!

Sorry for the late notice, but I just got this from a friend today. State Fair baby picture contest from ages 0 - 3. You'd need a 5 x 7, but you can get them done at Walmart in an hour if needed (by scanning or from CD or chip even)... the post-mark date is tomorrow!
