I've got a date!

I finally got insurance approval and will be having surgery next Wednesday, July 28th at Evanston Northwestern Hospital. Even though I've been trying to soak up as much info as possible on this site, I would still be grateful for any last-minute advice from any post-ops. I can't think of anything more helpful than hearing from someone who's already gone where I'm heading. Wish me luck!

Wow Richard that is FANTASTIC!!!! your gonna be a big looser soon!!! I'm so excited for you!!! I havent had surgery so i have no words of wisdom except maybe when you put on that hospital gown, I found asking for an extra one to put on backwards will hide your tushy better.... lol Debby

Richard, You're going to do SO GREAT!!! You have only THE BEST SURGICAL TEAM IN THE UNIVERSE!! Remember that we're all here for you after surgery We've all walked in your shoes and know where you're going. Please always feel free to email us with your concerns/questions, etc. We really do make a great team..all of us together I know I couldnt have done it withouth Dawn S and Vespa R. and hopefully I can pay that forward!! Thanks to all of you for your support. When anxiety threatens to overwhelm me, it's reassuring to know how many people on this site are pulling for me. By this time next week I hope to be posting again regarding my successful procedure and uneventful stay in the hospital. Thanks again to everyone!
