When should I notice a weight loss?

Hi all, I had my open RNY 7-7-04 and I am wondering when I should notice a change?????? I don't think that I have lost any weight!!! Thanks Brandi

Brandi I havent had surgery yet but I do know this, you have had MAJOR surgery, you still have considerable swelling even if you dont physically notice it, especially since you had an open rny. It's only been over a week, go by what you see on the scale not what you feel yet. Let the swelling go down till you notice a difference. Hang in there it WILL come off let yourself heel first before you worry... Debby
