UPDATE FOR THOSE THAT CARE

I JUST WANTED TO UPDATE YOU ALL AND LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT DR SCOTT FOUND NOTHING WRONG IN FACT HE SAID I HAVE THE SAME SMALL POUCH I WAS GIVEN 13 MONTHS AGO TODAY AND THAT IT HASNT BEEN STRETCHED. I GO NEXT WEEK FOR TEST TO SEE IF I HAVE ANY HERNIA BUT LIKE ALWAUS I DOUBT IT. I AM FINE THANKS TO THOSE THAT REALLY DO CARE AND RESPOND

Marsha, Have you tried eliminating sugar, flour, pasta, rice and potatoes (the whites) from your diet? Doc told me those are what trigger hunger. Glad your pouch is OK! Deb

Sweetie, The only bad thing i really really shouldnt to is drink half unsweet half sweet tea. I have no desire for flour, pasta or rice or whites at that but thank you for taking the time to give me advice. It's people like you that make people feel cared about thank you so much

Marsha, I'm so glad there's nothing physically wrong! Its amazing isnt it that your pouch is the same size as when you started!?! I think mine is probably huge LOL I do hope you feel much better very soon!

Marsha, Hay Hun, Im glad everything is Ok! My Mom went threw the samething she started eating a bit better now and working out a little more to and everything seams to be better for her. This surgery is a Mental adjustment to not just an eating adjustment. Marsha I wish you all the best with your life and Health. CHER
