I finally did my tests!

I had my gallbladder u/s and upper gi today. The u/s was extremely painful but the tech was a little too excited about the "GREAT PICTURES" she got. Just imagine....take a deep breath and hold it and then poke a pencil into your stomach...keep holding your breath... That is what it felt like. And I have an insane tolerance for pain. The upper gi was nasty. It would have been fine except for the alka seltzer like liquid that was involved. I will do ANYTHING not to puke but I was about to run to the nearest recepticle for that one. EW. Then they flipped me upside down and had me roll over. So now I wait for my results and I can schedule my surgical consult and get my papers in to insurance. It's getting there.... Melissa
