Hey Illinois!!!!!!
I am Kim, 7 weeks post-op and down 41 lbs... I have come to the Illinois board several times only to find no action, I live in Illinois, so I thought I'd check in on you all again.......Glad to see there are people on tonight!!!!! I usually go to the OH main message board, but I was curious as to how my neighbors are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to see you!!

Yes, ur not alone here tonight. Actually, I'm usually lurking on the IL and main boards on almost a daily/nightly basis. So, pop in anytime.
Sounds like ur doing very well. My surgery is Dec 1 (by choice).....and I only hope to do as well as you have.I'll be starating out at almost the same wt as you. I'm about 255 or so and 5'-4 1/2 " tall. My personal goal is 135lbs........a wt I haven't seen since I was in my very early teens. And, I'm soon to be 50. Taking back my heath seemed a good thing to do for myself for my 50th BD (actually BD is 11/20) Don't ya think ? ?.
Well keep on keepin on.......seems ur doing all the right things because ur shrinking away.
Have a great holiday weekend......I'll be working ( an nurses job is 24/7/365)
