I havent tried the spray vitamins, but I did try the Isontonix vitamins which are in powder form. You mix them in water or juice and the absorption rate in 90%. I could not stomach them. I tried two different kinds, one tasted a little better than the other, but I still couldnt see myself drinking that awful liguid every day for the rest of my life. I used Flinstones Chewables two weeks after surgery and I took them for 1 week only because in my opinion they are not adequate for adults. I know take Bariatric Advantage. $15.95 for a 30 day supply.
Hello, Teah,
I am new here and came across your question. I don't know about the spray vitamins, but I take prenatal vitamins. My doctor said they are the best and have everything in them. I found "OneSource" brand at Walmart and are only around $5 for 120 pills. I take 2 aday. They are really small I don't have to cut them. They are a caplet and smaller than the Tylenol caplets. I had my surgery 2 yrs. ago. My blood work shows I am doing fine with the vitamins. Just a suggestion if you were looking into vitamins.
Take Care!!
