Under 290!!!!
Well my husband got the scale out from hiding today so I could weigh. I weighed 289lbs. I haven't been under 290lbs in years. I am so excited. I weighed 312lbs the morning of surgery. That is a loss of 23lbs in 18 days. I know that some people have had quicker losses but I ended up spending 6 days in the hospital and I also had to have a second surgery on the second day. I am very happy with my weight loss. I am so excited. I don't know what I would have done without this board I learned so much before surgery that has helped me before and after surgery.
