Surgery rescheduled last minute

Eloise my brother is a surgeon and let me tell you based on what he's said to me about things he's seen...thank God you have a surgeon that cares enough to know not do anything when he's tired. Of course its upsetting you spend the day stressed out then to be let down. Just be glad that you have chosen a great doctor that truely is looking out for your best interest. Its better than having a surgeon that would have operated and possibly made a mistake. Relax it will happen soon enough and a year later you'll be laughing about this.... Let us know when you get your new date!!! Debby

Hi Eloise, I agree with Debby, what an emotional roller coaster ride. But thank goodness you had a doctor that was honest enough to say no. Now that is a doctor in my book. What was his name? It's hard, but the new date will be here soon, ask for the first surgery of the day and you won't have to worry about this happening again. Hang in there, you are a lot closer than I am. That must of been horrible! But I agree that your are very lucky to have such a great doctor. Think of it more of a "test" rather than a "sign". It's almost time, hang in there! ((hugs)) Amanda
