How do I? profile

Hi all! How do I post my progress in my profile? I see everyone else posting updates under "personal comments" but I can't figure out how to do that. Thanks, Grace

click on the link at the top of the page that says "your profile" then if you havent already...type in your name and password....then you are at your personal profile center....scroll down to almost the bottom of the page where it says "general info"....click and that....that is where you can update your profile...scroll down to the "comments" section...that is where you type in your new info...whatever you type in that box will show up everytime you go back to update again....just go down to the bottom of what you last typed and enter your new info Hope that helped!
