Has anyone self payed at the Wish Center and if so what was the cost.

sorry i cant help you in that department. You might want to try asking the same question to the main board. 
I had my surgery at The Wish Center, great doctors. I cannot tell you about self pay because I have insurance. I do know that you pay full price when you go self pay, you do not get the discounts that the insurance companies impose. Call The Wish Center and ask your question, that would be the best route if you want to get financing. Maybe they have financing.
