Revision to DS

I had lap banding 7 + years ago, and either it or I one failed, I am now working on having revision to Duodenal Switch, with Dr. Husted in TN, I have BCBS of IL......anyone else now or ever been in similar situation?

Terre, Lots of people have had revisions. Why are you going all the way to Nashville for the surgery? Just curious Kathy

Hi Kathy, thanks for responding. I looked (I thought) around a bit for a revisionist, and want to go with the DS. The closest I came up with was with the Cumberland Center For Obesity Surgery, in Nashville....it seemed that no one does revisions hardly, and I haven't found a lot of people on line either that have had revisions, unless I've just looked in the wrong places, which is entirely possible! Are there many who've had revisions? I feel like such a failure, and haven't found much to support otherwise. Have you had revision? Your pic is so beautiful! You look like a ray of sunshine! Thanks!
