Looking for an excellent WLS Dr. in Illinois (or close by...)

Hi Karen! I am new to OBH and I have been asking a bunch of questions of my own as of late regarding surgeons and hospitals. I have had an overwhelming positive response for Barix Clinics not in just my state but other states as well...I wanted to make sure that their reptuation was good across the board...not just one or two doctors but ALL of them, so I have been researching them pretty extensively and I have to say that I am leaning towards them as my final choice. My recommendation is to check them out [as I am] and learn all that you can. [Of course do this with ANY place that you are considering] Barix Clinics is a private hospital, which to me is better because they specialize in weight loss surgery. Being that they are exclusively a weight loss surgery hospital, the staff [in my opinion] will be better educated in what I will personally need before, during and after my surgery.
