I'm Melting Again-Plateaus Do End!
I wasn't really too worried about this as I figured my body was just trying to play catch up.
For all of you out there that seem to be on a plateau from hell......don't worry!!!
Just use your tool to your advantage and your body will follow suit
It seems like I have been eating alot lately...I can eat almost 1cup of food at one time(my nutritionist says I should be by now) and I try to eat every couple hours.
I have no clue how many calories, carbs,ect. I'm taking in.....I just make sure I make the RIGHT food choices and I get a minimum of 90-100grams of PROTIEN and minimum of 64oz of WATER.
I only use protein shakes for breakfast.
I cannot even believe I weigh 185lbs and am wearing size 12 pants and size Medium tops!!!
My arms are even starting to look not that bad
