New Start Newbie

Hello to all of you fine folks out there. Hope everyone is having a good day filled w/sunshine and approvals!!! I am new to this site, not to New Start. I have been working with them and ins. for approval for 10 months now, and getting tired of jumping thru hoops. I am from Southern IL, and chose New Start b/c they are the closest to me and in my ins. network, Aetna PPO. I have chosen DR Scott, haven't had the chance to meet him yet though. I hope you all have speedy approvals, and trouble free surgery. Would like to talk to any of you out there. God Bless, JulieAnn
