ANYONE HAVE CHRYSLER INSURANCE

I have bcbs of Mi thru chrysler . i am going thru new start . this has been a complete mess w/ insurance co. and new start . i believe it is the insurance company i cant get no sence out of them . my papers was mailed to them in april they still dont have them wont give us fax # to fax them say i dont need pre auth .. whgat do i do . you have to have pre authorization ... all this time i am thinking any day only to find out they still dont even havre my papers .. anyone have this ins. can you please help i have called bcbs of mi mo and new start please anyadvice will help sherri
