Illinois Medicaid

Hi Everyone

I am calling all surgeons on our list in IL and not finding anyone that will take Medicaid. Do you know of any surgeon in IL that takes Medicaid?

I know that Dr. Nagle does. He did my WLS in 2010. Dr. Nagle is at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Highest Weight: 565 pounds (around 1999), Highest BMI: 94

Pre-op Weight: 476.40 pounds (2 weeks before {05/25/2010} VSG surgery), Pre-op BMI: 79.3

Lowest Weight: 153.5 pounds (as of 07/10/2013), Lowest BMI: 25.5

Current Weight: 350.75546 pounds (351 lb 0 oz./159.1 kilograms (as of 04/22/2019), Current BMI: 58.3

Washington university in St.louis,Missouri they take Medicaid that's who I'm going through I live in belleville Illinois

OMGosh, thank you for this information. I just spoke to someone yesterday from your area and said I only knew of Northwestern in Chicago and that was too far for you to travel. Thanks again

The surgeon that's going to do my surgery is Dr. Igal Breitman out of Rockford Illinois
