Wednesday Roll Call
Happy Hump Day.
Yesterday was a perfect summer day. Hubert helped me with the side bushes, then while I went and got Morgan at her Dad's house, he worked on the gutters. Then I came home and finished the clean up of the bush cuttings.Morgan brought a puzzel with her, we started it in the late afternoon. After dinner, we went to the city park for a concert.Which was very good. When we got home, we had a fire and made s'mores.
I don't think we turned on the tv all day!
Not sure what is happening in your world, our sky is gray, so depending on the weather............
Hugs,
Hello everyone
Yes, I got more yard/garden clean up done yesterday. In this little corner area I pulled about 1/2 of a trash can full of dead leaves and garbage out from behind two evergreens. The garbage ranged from your a paper plate to a box of saltines to toys to unknown plastic stuff. The oddest stuff...from behind 2 evergreeens that are about 3ft high. I now have all things cleaned up. I still have to straighten up the rock/mulch stuff. But that will take some time. But at least I don't have a ton of garbage and dead leaves hidden behind anything anymore.
I have so many plans in my head for the yard. What I would like to do. I wish I had both the time and money to do them all...LOL!!!
Oh funny story...I was working with all those *****ly evergreens yesterday and those darn needles. Well there are a lot of dead needles falling every where because the trees are just not very healthy. You barely touch it and needles go flying. So of course I am kneeling and sitting in a ton of needles. Greg ended up having to pick a bunch of needles out of my butt. I just thought it was comical. It wasn't very painful at all. If it was painful then I wouldn't have thought it was funny. So moral of the story is don't sit in a pile of pine needles...hahaha!!!
Time to get back to work....have a good day
