Morning Everyone.

It is going to be a perfect late spring early summer day. I am planning on enjoying it as much as possible.

I am cleaning out my frig this morning. Then heading outside to finish planting the garden. That is it.

What does everyone eat for breakfast?

My go to food is cottage cheese  with and fruit, with a protein powder, or  refried beans with cheese and salsa. Once in a while a protein shake. Other ideas please! I am in a rut!

Hugs,

Hello everyone

I am so ready to get moving now.  Everything is packed and ready.  The place is a wreck.  This morning I tripped on a box and fell and hurt my wrist (it's sore but I'm fine).  It's a good thing I didn't break it.  The last thing I need is to break a bone now.

Anyway...because we are all packed...no cooking.  So yesterday we had Chipotle.  Today I am getting a rotisserie chicken.  I am really trying to stay healthy and stay away from the fast food burgers and fried crap.  It'll be amazing if I can maintain during this time let alone lose.

Lisa-  as for breakfast I always eat greek yogurt now.  Yoplait has great flavors, like- apple pie, boston cream, and my favorite strawberry cheesecake (and they really do taste like what they claim).  I always eat the regular not the low fat.  There is a 20 calorie difference...big deal.  And I feel low fat and low calorie food is full of chemicals and crap.  Around 10 I will eat an apple or 1/2 banana.

Oh talk about cleaning out the fridge.  When the time comes.  I will have a fun time.  Greg is sort of a pack rat and this filters over to his food.  And his freezer is packed full of meat that has been there before he met me.  I tried to tell him that even frozen food has an expiration....but he won't have it.  So I actually will be moving old gross meat to the new place...LOL.  I am not going to nag.  I have stated my case against meat 1+ year old.  I am not going to be one of those woman that harp on her man until she gets her way.

Time to go...enjoy the day.

OK, the first thing you need to learn is, you do notask if you can throw something out of the freezer or frig. Chances are he doesn't even remember it until you bring it up. Hubert has a habit of putting 1/2 used sodas back in the frig. After a couple of days of him not drinking them (he opens fresh) they get thrown. No asking if he still wants it. I know he would say yes, and more would be saved.
