Tuesday Roll Call
Can you believe? This is the last week of
April.
I am planning on going outside this afternoon and work on my new garden. Also to paint the lighthouse I made a couple of years ago.
My dinner is semi-made for dinner tonight. Twice baked potates, meatloaf ( in frig) a veggie and 37 cal. brownies for later.
I am heading to the back of the house to finish the laundry I didn't do yesterday, make the bed ect.
What are your plans for today?

Hello everyone
I am not doing anything special today...work, working out, groceries. That's it. I am making some sorta salad for dinner. I think once we are at house we will be grilling out more. I can't wait.
So far I am doing good working out again and keeping track of my eating. I can tell you that if you add up the calories I eat for breakfast and lunch...by the time I am done working out...I am at zero calories for the day or less. So it's nice starting dinner with a "clean slate". I cut out my evening snacking. Greg has a habit of snacking at night and I started to join him. I stopped it. No more!!!
