Hello Dear Ones,

Lots of snow for us all I think. We got about 18 inches so far and it is still snowing, but lightly.

Glad Connie made it safely home from her trip.

We saw the movie Still Alice yesterday. What a sad movie. It's about early onset alzheimers. Very good movie.

It is way too cold for me to venture out today. I am going to take a snow day and skip the gym. I am hoping they dont have a meeting tonight. It is my turn to do childcare ( i dont love it). If they decide to have it, I will have to venture out to Joliet tonight.

What's on your radar today?

Connie, if you are reading today, can you tell me the name of the book you recommended regarding emotional eating? Thanks!

Hugs my Friends,

Sharon

I am going to  Try to get into my office. I am hoping that that Hubert will drive me. I am only 5 min. from the Sreator office, the problem will be getting into the door. We shall see.

Loved the commericals last night. I was hoping the Seahawks would win, but the Pats played a great game too.

Have a safe day.

Hugs,

Lisa

Hello everyone

I stayed in all day yesterday.  Greg ran out for lunch but he enjoys driving in this weather.  He has a Jeep Wrangler with all the bells and whistles.  He drove me to work today.  I had the option to stay home too...they let us know yesterday.  But I figured if Greg can get me to work why not go to work.  6 of us out of 20+ showed up.

But we did not even look at the game all day.  Neither one of us get into all of that Super Bowl stuff.  We actually ended up watching a Cops marathon....LOL!!!  But I had a pretty lazy day.  It was wonderful.

We are thinking about August 8th being our wedding day.  And Saturday Greg said his sisters expressed an interest to fly in for the wedding.  He said he didn't know how set I was on it being just us.  I said I figure on it being just us because we don't have the money to fly people into California and I didn't think people would want to pay it.  But I would love it if his family came.  So as it looks our elopement of two will be a little wedding of 12.  How nice.

Well I better get back to work.  Have a good day

Good morning everyone,

How's everyone doing?

What a snow storm we had from Jan. 31st to Feb. 2nd, a total of 19.3 inches by me. At some point today I have to make my way over to the Target Pharmacy to pick up a med. (antibiotics) that I need to take an hour prior to my dental appointment for tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m., I have to take it because of the three new joints that I have, believe it or not I have to take it every time I have an appointment(s) for the rest of my life to prevent an infection.

I don't feel like going out to the Target Pharmacy let alone for the rest of the week because I came down with a cold. I think I got this cold from the weather chance when I was out of town from a week ago.

While I'm at Target I'm going to pick up some fresh fruit so I can beat this cold that I have. I have this cold for about two to three days now or so. I'll get some rest in for the next few days so I can get better.

I better get going and do what I need to do today. Have a great day everyone and be safe and stay warm and be careful if you go out today let alone the next few days.

Jason.

Hello Everyone!

I have enjoyed a three day weekend.  Of course we were open today but there was no way I was going to go!  Our roads were still awful at 6:30 this morning and we had 18 inches of snow.  I thought they were nuts to have work.  Every other business in our town was closed.  Oh well.  I hope the die hards who made it enjoyed the few calls that came in today.

The cats are mad because they cannot get out to the catio.  Besides it being piled with snow, their door is frozen shut.  They can get out but would not be able to get back in.  They dont understand that part.  No one ventured outside to find out that it was one way only.    If not they would be totally mad.

I think I am finally getting a new c pap machine tomorrow.   Mine broke about a year ago and I contacted the company that initially provided it and kept trying to get a new one.  I finally got a prescription from my doctor in November and the wheels have been spinning since then.  I have never seen a bunch of incompetent people in 3 different companies before.  I have been calling each of them at least twice a week since November and keep getting lip service.  Finally I am getting action.  It has been quite a struggle.  I have been going through supervisors since Early January to still no avail.    None of these idiots will listen!   GRRRR.

Not much else is new today.  Everyone please be careful out there.  Drive safely.  Take care.
