Fast fly by for me. Have a lot to do when I get home from work as I have family coming over to "shop" in my basement to pick out the cooking/storage things that we no longer use or need.

Hello everyone

We went on a nice walk in the forest preserve yesterday....too bad I forgot to take my allergy medicine.  I was miserable the rest of the night and had trouble falling asleep.  It really does make a difference.  I woke up feeling fine.  LOL.

I am feeling some stress at work and it does play a role with my sleeping and eating.  I try not to let it bother me.  I try to tell myself what happens, happens and if it was meant to be and it will work out in the end.  Funny thing is I am worried about looking bad to Greg.  Losing my job so soon after we started seeing each other.  I don't think he would think that way...but still.

Anyway today after work I am doing some clean up work and cooking nothing exciting.

When I weighed in this morning, I gained a pound in the last week.  Discourging.....   On the plus side, I went for a walk on lunch and walked 0.92 miles.  I'm almost up to a mile!!  That is the good thing.

I hope everyone is doing ok.

Minor weight gains are common. It is common for many people to retain water especially women during their cycles or if one has too much sodium intake. Stay off of the scale and only get on it once in a while or just rely on your weigh ins at the doctor's office.
