Sunday Roll Call

Laundry started, need to sort through the summer/winter clothing. Hang laundry outside to dry and in between that look at pictures that were taken yesterday at Cantigny.

Morning, I am going to go see my new little grandson, he's 5 months old now! Time is really flying by. I am then going down to the riverfront to see the Columbus ships that are docked there. I went down to the Oktoberfest yesterday! Then to the store to get laundry cleaning goods and breakfast foods for next week!

I am chilling in the hospital till. I am in an Addison's attack. My pittasium is way low today. They r treating it with iv pain meds and potassium. Other labs are high. Ct scan came back elevated end to with adhesions so I'm probably looking at surgery maybe tomorrow or Tuesday. I'm a mess!

No trip to Chicago for me till October 15th I got my plane ticket already!!!;;

Carla, I would not mess with wanting to get out too soon. I have had 2 hospital stays with partial bowel obstructions caused by adhesions. I had several obstructions before the hospitals stays and another one recently. They are painful and potentually deadly. I had lap surgery for the adhesions. You should recover fairly fast.

I'll be on that plane comevhell or high water! I baught a ticket on Southwest so I can change it if I have to. I'll recover at my daughters house for a week. Cause she is worried her dad won't take good care of me. I'll manage She has already called her Dr to get a follow up appointment.
