How is everyone doing today?

I had my pre-op testing and final pre-op class yesterday.  All my paperwork and labs are done and good to go for surgery.  6 more days.

Not taking my Crohn's meds is kicking my ass.  I have massive fatigue and the joint pain is starting up.  I'll be happy when surgery is all over and I can take all my meds again.

Hi all!

We're in Granada tonight and next one. Tomorrow the Alhambra.  I'm surprised how much Spanish history I remember from college! Nice people on the trip. There are 20 of us and only one guy who seems to be pretty deaf and he doesn't try to take over. I walked way over 6000 steps today. That's not much for lots of you but it's really a lot for me, especially after falling in the airport. I have an app on my phone to count steps but it doesn't work in Spain when I'm away from the hotel so I have to guess from Kay's fit bit. Eating all kinds of fish here--a real treat for me.
