Jessica, you are just starting an amazing journey. The Kane Center is great. Everyone there is so helpful. Have you decided on your surgury? We are all here to support you and offer all the advice you need.
Gina, Two weeks! the time and weight will fly. All of a sudden you will have clothes that are way to big, You will look in the mirror and wonder who is looking back at you. And, some of your friends won't reconize you. You are on another amazing journey.

Welcome, Gina! I only drop by here now and again, but I like to stay in touch in what's going on in Illinois WLS circles and it's a good reminder to stay healthy! I had the duodenal switch 6.5 years ago and could not be happier!
