Friday Roll Call
Hello everyone
Last night was fun and yummy. The food was great. We had this Kendall Jackson wine thing....so it was 4 courses with wine. Your table has a flat top burner in the middle. The cheese course was delicious...they mix the cheese with the spices right there at your table. You got veggies and bread to dip. then we got strawberry salad. Then we got a our main entree...which was a variety plate of steak, chicken, shrimp and tortlini....I only ate the steak and chicken...you put your "chunk of meat" in the pot in the middle of the table...and in about 2 minutes its cooked. There is veggies in the pot and you take those out. There was a variety of dipping sauces. It was all very good.
Dessert well you get...fruit...brownies, pound cake, rice crispy treats...marshmellows...you dip them in chocalate....it was yummy beyond words!!!
It was a fun night.
My boss was actually nice to me yesterday. I can't believe it. I think she is happy with me because I am done with April. I just have to do some reconciling and I am done. So I am pleasing her because I am meeting her unreasonable deadlines and it is making her happy. So she was really nice to me!!! Not that I expect to last.
What are you guys doing today....
I got to go...have a good day.
Good morning,
Another day sitting and waiting for deliveries at the store. Today it is Ikea and I hope they come closer to ten than to two! Yesterday I had to wait for Comcast to get up the new phone number and then a yarn rep came and we were here till almost 6. But that part was fun! We have two more yarn rep meetings next week. I'm amazed at how fast the time is going!
Have a great Friday!

TGIF,
We took the car into the shop this morning, it wasn't acting right. They couldn't find anything wrong.
Crystal, I am happy you had a great night. Would you mind saying how expensive it was?
Connie, you really don't mind waiting for people to come, its all part of getting to that opening day.
The play was good last night. Not exactly like the one we seen at the Fox in St. Louis, but it was good. This was 9 to 5, next month is Noises off. Not sure what that is about.
Tomorrow, Monica and I are roadtripping over to the Amana Colonies. We haven't been there in years.
Stay safe over this holiday weekend. You know how crazy it can get.
Hugs,
