Saturday Roll Call
Happy Saturday!
It is Green Day (green color for Green Day) in Itasca so we took all of our electronics we were collecting all year over to the collection area. Happy to have that trash out of the house. Now to get rid of some of the resale items that have been set aside over to the resale shop.
I have had my hummer feeders out for a couple of weeks. I have been following the migration map and they have been seen in Bloomington, IL already.
Off to the Creek to serve food today and then to the local Jr Hi for the spring play this evening. Tomorrow we are going to Cantigny. It is their annual open house for the greenhouse and it is free admission to the park. What is happening in your corner of IL?

Hi Chris and the rest of Illinois!
Busy day for me, but taking a short break! Today is Liv's last Prom. Tradition for all dances has been that we go to Monroe to get her/our hair done and lunch. This year, it was nice.....just the two of us! Usually, I have 3-6 girls for this part.
Grand March is in a half an hour, then to a park for pictures. After that, I am free to do as I wish. Todd is in Schaumburg with the neighbor. I may go to the movies, rent a movie, take a nap, read or garden......probably a combination of these.
I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful day that has been given to us!
