Wednesday Roll Call.
Good day everyone,
How is everyone?
Looks like the weather is going to be nice over the next few days. Not much going on with me, but just keeping busy here and there. Need to get up to Target at some point today for a few things. Also I need to do my laundry today. I can't believe it that today makes it one year ago today that I had my Left Total Knee Replacement today. Has It been that long already? Doesn't feel like it. This Friday the 11th will make it one month ago that I had my Chiari Decompression surgery. Time really knows how to fly by. My Digital Photography class is going good. I'm learn so much from the class and I'm having a good time.
Have a great day everyone. Take care. Hugs.
Jason.

Hi everyone!! Sorry I haven't written lately, there really hasn't been much to write about. But today I had the dietician appointment. I lost 6 pounds since my last appointment! yippie!! The chat with her went well. She has given me a guide of 1600-1800 calories for now, and a ton of info on how to do it. I've signed up on myfitnesspro.com so I can track what I am eating. It was very encouraging. I see her again towards the end of May and she gave the ok for pre-op class #1. So I have that on May 6. And then the psychologist appointment is in the middle of May. So May should be an exciting month for me!!! i think I finally feel like I am getting somewhere, which is a good thing.
I hope everyone is doing ok. I'll try to be better at staying in touch. ya'll opened up your worlds to me, and I really appreciate that.
Take Care,
Lisa
