Sunday roll call

Hello friends,

A pretty Sunday but I haven't checked the temperature yet! It's nice to look out the window and see that the snow is almost gone. I have already read the Sunday paper and worked on a few patterns for knitting projects. My printer has a mind of its own and of course it didn't work this morning until Kay unplugged it and plugged it back in. How annoying. Oh well, it's a good printer when it works!

We don't have a lot of plans today--maybe out to dinner tonight, but we'll see. We have a couple of errands to run together. We are cooking up a project, but not quite ready to post it. Info coming soon.

Hi, 

I forgot to post today! We went to a good hockey game last night, our team lost, but the company was excellent. 

Today we had the cable guy out to figure out why our wifi wasn't working. It took him all of 5 min. to fix it. Apparently the system had an update on Friday, but no one knew it. Anyway, wifi is now working.

I have chicken, twice baked potatoes, and oven fried asparagras in the oven for dinner. A small green salad will go nicely too.

Hope everyone enjoyed the sun today, even if it was cold. There is a tinge og green on the lawn. there is hope yet.

Good Afternoon Everyone

What a week it has been  I had court on Tuesday and that ended up to be a nothing,  It was just a time to set a time for a court date  So I have to take another day off work.  To top that off I got a letter from the lawyers office yesterday stating I was not in court.  That is laughable  They do not give up!  I was just thinking of paying but not after the latest stunt!  A bunch of liars

Then to top it all off on Thursday they called everyone into a room at work and told us they were closing the call center in Ottawa and laying off a bunch of people in our call center  They are basically outsourcing a lot of positions overseas.  My job is safe for now but for how long remains to be seen  That is a huge disappointment and it is sad to see friends lose their jobs.  I have been on both sides of downsizing and it is miserable on either side.So work was a sad place the rest of Thursday and Friday  

This is definitely a week I do not wish to repeat.  

I am glad that Dawn is back and Jason is doing so well since surgery so those are the highlights of my week.
