Nancy. I can't believe your doctor. I would show up at that court hearing with

my receipt showing payment. What kind of practice does this guy run that he is taking people to court over $100. And this is even his office's fault!!! Oh I would fight this now.

I cannot believe your doc's office. They sound like morons! It sounds like you should counter-sue for pain and suffering. You will win if the judge is anything like Judge mathis...teehee.
