Sunday Roll Call
I am up and at 'em early. When my brain says to wake up there is no going back to sleep. I have some data entry to do later on that I brought home from work. It is so hard doing stuff like that while training a person. This evening we are going to a handbell concert at one of the local Lutheran churches. It is a choir from Concordia Uni just north of Milwaukee. We have seen the young people before and they do a great job.
Anything of particular interest that is going on in your corner of Lincoln Land?

Good Morning,
I have a few things I want to do today, mainly get the back bedroom finished, state income taxes, and make chicken for dinner. I will also get 20 min on the Gazelle in.
I do want to watch the Daytona 500. We try to watch as many Sprint races as we can. I am also checking into tickets for a race later on this summer. Yes, we are Nascar fans.
Other then that, my life isquiet for the moment. No Drama!!!

We are Nascar fans also and watch Matt Kenseth. I am guessing that you will try for tickets at Chicagoland Speedway? Do you want to go to the Sprint races or the Sunday race? I am not sure I would want to sit for a whole race. It is nice to just flip through channels on the boob tube.

Good Evening Everyone
I am relaxing this evening. We are enjoying having Gage here. It is always good to have him around.
I was able to sleep in both mornings and it really felt good. Rick had to work both days so I was alone. He likes his new job. He is working at Grand Bear Lodge as the train/bus driver offering shuttle service for the guests. So he gets to drive in circles all day long! 
Yesterday was his first day and he came home so bubbly and talkative! It is going to be good for him. Right now it is just weekends as that is when the resort is busy. We will see what summer brings.
Smudge is gradually getting adjusted to being around here. She likes Gage and let him hold her today. Which is better than me. I tried to hold her today and she lasted less than 5 minutes. But we are seeing more of her each day. Buffy still has her nose out of joint. IT is too funny.
Work is going ok for me. I think we will find out about our future by the end of the month. I have not idea if we will still have call centers or not. But decisions are being made quickly so we are scheduled to find out soon. Time will tell. They did rehire our center director so that is a positive sign.
The cold is back this week. Yuck! I want winter to end! But it is staying light later in the night so that is a positive sign.
