Thursday Roll Call

YEAH! 'Tis almost Friday I was so tired last night that I was in bed and sound asleep by 8:05. Feeling better now. Lots of computer time ahead of myself and the other two girls I work with.  The boss wants to put in a paperwork destruction order with the state in a couple of months. That means arrests have to be checked for case status to make sure they are closed . . . oh joy. Sure happy that we only do this every couple of years as it is a lot of work on top of the daily work.

Hello everyone

I had a great day off yesterday.  It was my first real day off since all of this overtime started.  But I couldn't help but worry about what was going on at work.  I am afraid that my boss will be mad that I didn't get any work done while I was gone.  I think she thinks I am a terrible employee.  Oh well....  Chris gave me a massage and said I was full of tension and knots. 

I am actually full of anxiety over how things are going to go today.  Just because I took the day off.  Ugh.

Good Morning on this wonderful day we have.

I have been MIA for the last 2 days, sorry. Tuesday, after work, we headed to Bloomington, we stopped at Sams, then Home depot. We then picked up Morgan and Scott and headed for dinner, where Monica joined us from work, and then to Morgans concert. Needless to say, we got home late.

Wed, when I pulled into the drive after work, Hubert was walking out the door. We drove over to Dwight to meet friends for dinner. Another late night. 

Today, I am going to LaSalle for a potluck that we are having for a co-worker who is leaving us, she is heading to D.C. with her husband,who is starting a years assignment with his job. I would do that in a heartbeat.

Lisa, I hope you are feeling better. Sharon, the last time I had a boot on, it was summer. But I do understand your frustration with it.

Crystal and Chris, I hope both of you have a decent day at work.

I haven't posted for a while, but I've been reading. We had a great weekend in Madison with the flower show and knitting classes. But I was really tired when I got home and Kay came down with a bad cold so this week has been quite slow, with not much happening. We are among those people who watch the Olympics eagerly so that has taken up most of the day and evenings. Even Valentine's Day comes second to the Olympics schedule

Hi Peeps,

I also got in late yesterday from going to my house group. I am dragging today. It is my Friday, so after babysitting tonight, I am going to go home and chill. The babies go to bed at 7:30p so I should be in my bed by 9p. Yesssssssssssssssss!

I have not seen the Olympics yet. I love watching and due to life have not had the chance. I have been watching the morning news to see the results.

I am cleaning the church tomorrow morning, taking my car in for brakes, and hopefully getting some time to get a mani and pedi and brow wax.

Hoping to enjoy the warmth (35 degrees) today at lunch. Maybe I'll live life in the fast lane and roll my driver's window down.

I am working from home today.  My 9 year old isn't feeling well, so we kept her home from school.  She is on the couch watching TV.

I'm looking forward to a date with hubby tomorrow.  We are going to Texas Roadhouse.  I also ordered flowers to be delivered to him at work.  I can't wait to hear his reaction!!

I've taking care of my aunts two dogs since yesterday and until tomorrow evening when she been working hard and busy with work while having a cold. I know I'll have my aunt's two dogs again for next week while she'll be busy with work out of town. Not sure what I'll be doing for tomorrow beside taking care of my aunt's two dogs, I guess I'll play it be ear for tomorrow.
