Good Morning to a cold Monday!
Hello,
I am at work, and I think it is still below 0. The sun is fooling with us. It is not warm!
We have had a few hearty souls in. I am hoping to gro home and hibernate.
We have to go to Bloomington tomorrow evening. I want to make a couple of stops down there before we meet Monica's family for dinner and Morgan's concert.
Sharon, you did stay off that ankle over the weekend? I hope you didn't do to much damage to it.
Carla, maybe we should all stow away in your car while you are driving south. Be careful, they are saying more ice and snow across Georgia.
Hugs,
LISA
Good afternoon Carla and the rest of Illinois!
Travel safely and I agree with Lisa.....maybe we can ride along! I know there is nothing we can do about the weather, but I am very tired of it.
I need to get to Aldi's today and tommorow, get some things for Liv's last "Senior Night" at school. This is a night that celebrates the Seniors that participate in sports (this time, it is basketball and basketball cheerleaders). Each Senior and their parents are announced for a "walk" to center court at half time. Parents usually present their child with a small gift (flowers, balloons, candy) and they get a plaque. This time, the cheeleaders are making photo boards documenting their cheer careers. A bittersweet time for me, I am sure.
Besides that, I am hoping to learn how to clean my new oven. It has a cleaning system that uses water and steam instead of extreme heat. This will be my first time since we got the new stove.
Everyone stay warm!
Oh, those "Senior" moments. I went through marching band ones, and sports ones, they are very tough. Hang in there.
Just working today and a trip to the store after work, and then hopefully home for the night. Looking at maybe hitting 30 some time this week, that would be nice!

Home again home again jiggidy jig! Gonna go read soon before din din. Tomorrow not much but a short excursion out of the office to show the new assistant where the village attorney's office is at. Before going home tomorrow I need to renew my library card. It is just a few steps the other way before I continue home.
