Good Afternoon Everyone!

I got up this morning ready to run errands and after looking outside at the 5 plus inches and the snow still coming down and no roads plowed, I changed my mind.  Rick went out for me.  That was so sweet of him.  But my prescription could not be filled.  I need a refill for my ADD medicine and about once a year they cannot fill it as they are out of the medicine.  It always happens around this time of the year. There is a limit on how much can be manufactured and there are more prescriptions than what is produced!  You would think the government would allow more to be produced but NO,  that is too easy.   So you go without meds until they get them in.

I have made great progress in my shopping.  Down to the 3 kids in Florida.  All the others are bought and shipped.  No wrapping needed or I had them wrapped before shipping.   Ricks are on the way and his will have to be wrapped.  He has instructions not to open any boxes that arrive while I am gone.

Sharon, you will love your artificial tree.  It is so easy to put up.  I love to do bread by hand.  It is a great stress reliever to knead that dough!  I always bake bread when I am mad!    My cats do not mat up.  I am fortunate.  Especially not that Fluffer gets a lion cut.

Lisa, enjoy your baking.  Your cruise will be fun regardless of whether the other couple goes or not.

Jason,  I would be counting the days until I left for Arizona!   That warm weather will be nice to enjoy.  I have to agree it is not the same without your folks for the holidays.  It sure is different.

Connie,  have fun at breakfast and knitting today.  Hey, that may not be a bad idea to put a chair by the furnace and relax!  You could paint a nice sun on it and get nice and toasty.

Carla,  snowbirding might not be a bad thing to do.  My sister does that.  That way she gets to enjoy all 4 seasons, be with the grandkids and avoid the hot, buggy, humid Florida summers.

Chris,  you are staying busy as usual!  Hope you enjoy the cantata tomorrow.

Crystal  I know you said today was going to be busy.  Hope you have a great day!

Dawn, I hope your tooth stops hurting soon!  Enough is enough!

Randy, hope all is well with you! Stay warm!

Everyone have a great weekend!

Good evening Nancy,

I guess all of us has been busy yesterday. You have a great man with you. Sorry to hear about your med..

I am counting down to my trip to Arizona, 20 days to go. I know I'm going to enjoy the warm weather and I wish I can bring the warm weather back home with me so I can give the warm weather to everyone in Illinois. You got that right about the holidays. It is different. Today I bought my first suitcase ever and it has two wheels.
