Hello My Pretties,

I love Thursdays, we are super busy on Thursdays and the day flies. Tomorrow I am working from home. I have to go on YouTube to learn how to work the practice management system/electronic medical records system.Since my office is right off the front desk area, I think the noise would be too much.

The meeting went wonderfully. The ladies opened up and we got to the issues. I think the ladies just need a little guidance and positive reinforcement and things will turn around. Morale there is in the pits.

Crystal, stag parties are an unfortunate reality. Try not to let it stick in your craw.

Lisa,  the quilt sounds lovely. I love black and white. I actually have one those colors.

Connie, I have been finding gorgeous hand knitted sweaters at Good Will. They are simply gorgeous. I cant believe they wind up at GW  after so much time and work goes into these pieces. They always sell for a bit more, but so worth it. And yes, that wreath reminds me of you too.

Nancy, hang in there. I dragged myself into work with the cough, but it deletes you. Try to go straight home to bed to get rest.

Jason, I'm sorry you are in the hospital. But glad they are getting this issue resolved. Feel better. I hope you get home to your own bed soon.

Dawn, your porch on FB is lovely. I adore the colors and yes, it is a coastal look, rather than county. Love it.

Kim, I am thinking of you during this hard time. I just went thru some marital issues too and it ain't easy, especially when away from home. Blessings my dear one.

Randy...............come back

Hugs my dear ones,

Sharon

Good Morning,

I have a busy day planned. A lot of honey do, some shopping, some decorating.

My blood pressure has been elevated for a few days, I am watching it, and I will call my heat dr. if it continues.

Kim, I hope your trip is going well.

Jason, I hope your issues are solved quickly.

I haven't seen Randy on facebook lately either.

Sharon, You seem to be fitting in really well with your new job.

Nancy, make sure you get lots of rest, so you don't get down again.

Crystal, our guys went to a strip club in Vegas, as part of the guys night out, they were home by 11. Let Chris alone about this, he  just wants to have fun with the guys, and be teenagers again.

Dawn, what are you creating for your home for Xmas?

Hugs,

Lisa

Good morning!

I was just think how grateful I am for all of you. This is a place where I feel at home and can say whatever I need to. Most of the time I don't have much to say, my life is pretty calm. But at the same time I feel the support from all of  you.

My ski sweater is now almost down past my waist, but it takes as long to do the sleeves, which I haven't started as the rest of the sweater! I think hand knit sweaters end up at Good will because they didn't fit right or the person misjudged the pattern. I gave several away when they got too small hoping that someone else would be warm with them. For a person who knits as much as I do, we get to a point where we have too many scarves or shawls and it's better to have someone get some use out of them. You can never sell them for what they are worth so you give them as a gift. When I knit I generally pray for the person who wears this even if I don't know who that might be.

Have a lovely day everyone!

Connie

Connie,

I LOVE the idea that you pray for the person you knit the gift for...........what an amazing woman you are. My husband prays for the patients who are going to use the diagnostic equipment he fixes in the hospital where he works. One of the many reasons, I still love his imperfect but cute behind.

Hugs,

Sharon

Hello Everyone!

I dragged myself to work this morning by the scruff of my neck.  I lasted until lunch when my voice was going and I was totally exhausted and then I came home.  I did stop at the grocery store to pick up a few items like juice and cat litter  that we desperately needed.  Otherwise the cats were going to rebel.  and no juice?     I dont think I was really ready to go back Tuesday but thought I had no choice.  I have found out I do have more time off.  Of course I dont get paid.  I may take tomorrow off too.  I am just SO tired.

Sharon, it sounds like you love your job and have found a good fit!  That is awesome!  I am so happy for you.  I think you are going to have that place running like a finely oiled machine in just a few months!  I forsee a huge raise!

Lisa, I hope your BP is not a continuing issue.  That is a concern.  Take care of yourself.  I hope you got everything take care of today.

Connie, I had no idea that sleeves took as long as the sweater but I guess if you think about it that would make sense.  That is really neat that you pray for the wearer of your items.  What a wonderful concept.  I am glad you feel at home here.  I think that all of us do.  I feel as you do that I can say anything and get support. This is such a great feeling!  I treasure my OH friends.

Everyone have a great Friday!
