Ok my dear ones,

It is 3:30 and no roll call so here goes......................

I am work trying to figure things out. I asked the docs if we had enough money in the bank to pay them and their answer......"well look in Quick Books to see what is in there and then look in previous months to see what bills will need to be paid in the next month, Guesstimate what you think will be coming in money wise based on previous months and then if you think in your opinion we can be paid, then pay us. WHAT!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?

Then I asked our personal banker to give me access to the online banking. He said there is no online banking. I'm like, "WHAT?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! He said the docs dont want to pay the monthly fee.

Then the girls asked me if there checks would be available before noon tomorrow because they want to run to the bank to deposit their checks. I'm like why dont you use direct deposit. She said the docs said it costs too much. WHAT?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!

I went on line to QB to see who the users are in QB and its only me???????? I called the accountant to find out how she gets into QB since she is not a user, she told me she uses the user name and password of the manager. WHAT?!?!??!?!?!?!??!??!?

Thats been my day. How is yours coming along????

Hugs,

Sharon

Talk about a challenge! Hope you are up for it. That seems to be a daunting and lengthy task. I am sure that you can use you past experience and tack to get beyond this and the dinosaurs that work there and bring them into the current century.

I have my new necklace around my neck with our wedding bands linked together. I picked it up from the jeweler about a 1/2 hour ago.

I am recovering from a sinus infection that reared its ugly head last week but now I am loosing my voice. I cannot figure out why I am loosing it as I did not talk much today other than to swear at my computer because it was so slow and it lost my 2 year certification for my law enforcement training . . . I left a note for the coordinator - let her figure it out. I better not have to take the full course . . . I am just saying. That's all.

Your day sounds like a day in a cartoon.I am sure you will get it all figured out. Mine was busy, but predictable. We were busy, but not super busy.

I am working all 5 days this week. It will make for a nice paycheck. Then my boss wants me to work every Friday this month. N.P.

I went to the $tree after work today. I wanted to get the mugs I decided on for little gifts for Christmas. A mug with Mrs fields cookies, some candy, and either hot chocolate or cider packs in them. I think each one will cost me  less then $2.25.

It looks like we might have a bit of rain this week. It is better then snow.

Hugs to all,

Lisa

Hello everyone

I had such a busy day trying to catch up from falling behind last week.  And of course the auditors have more requests.  Then today I found out I have an all day Excel class tomorrow...so I am losing another day of work and will fall further behind.  Today I worked 11 hours and tomorrow I am going in extra early before class to get some things done.  And I will stay after class.  More overtime.

So I just got home a little while ago...geesh.

Yesterday actually turned out to be a great day.  I did go into work for half a day.  But it turned out Chris didn't have to work...I was wrong.  So we had lunch at home (leftovers).  Then we went to do some Christmas shopping...for his boys.  He said this was earliest he had ever started his shopping.  I laughed and said...well stick with me, because I'm pretty much done.  He couldn't believe it.  All except for Amanda's box...I will wait till it's time to send her box to buy her stuff.  It's usually all junk food anyway.  Then we went to the movies.  Then he started to teach me how to drive a stick shift.  I have to say he is very patient and calm.  I think driving stick shift seems hard...there is so much to think about.  But he says it will all be second nature soon.  When we were done with my first lesson he said I did good.  Yeah!!!  Then we came home and relaxed and watched TV.  It's funny how doing everyday things are fun when I'm them with him...hahahaha.

By the way Thanksgiving seems to be ironed out.  Brenda Facebooked me to tell me about Thanksgiving plans.  So I text Chris and I said...OK this may seem early but I am being invited to Thankgiving dinner and if I'm not welcome at your family's house then I need to know now.  He text me back and said...I assume I'm not welcome at your family's either?  And I said...no  that's not true but I figured you would want to spend it with your family.  He said back...I want to spend it with you.  I said...I want to spend it with you too.  So he and his boys are coming with me to Brenda's...hahaha.  I would think it was weird but Brenda invited them before I asked.  Yeah!!!  It all worked out!!!  That is if he doesn't have to work.

well time to relax...see you all later.
