Monday Roll Call.
Good Evening Everyone
I survived another Monday! including a couple of really tough calls that did not have easy answers. So if that is the hardest of the week, then I am ready!
Buffy left this morning to get fixed. I miss her terribly. I almost woke Rick up and suggested that he take Smokey with her. I put Buffy in the bathroom this morning and fed everyone else and she sat in the window and cried. Then Smokey stood outside the bathroom door trying to comfort her. When she was let out, he started licking her and trying to calm her down. It ws so cute.
Jason, it sounds like you are gearing up for more info on your surgery and also tests. I noticed that yesterday you posted that you are anemic. I have that problem as well. I take iron supplements and also have ended up getting a series of iron infusions once or twice a year. I cant win.
Connie, take it easy the next few days. Antibiotics will wipe you out in addition to the infection. Go ahead and enjoy those naps. I wish I had that excuse for napping!
Dawn, what a juggling act -- 2 weddings in the same day! I dont know if that was fun or torture! Glad you were able to work it out. Good vibes to David on his new assignment. I hope it works out for him. That is awesome news for Liv about Yale! It is amazing what these universities will do for top students. She has the world at her fingertips. Gage got a fantastic scholarship from Augustana which has hefty tuition as well.
Crystal, it does not surprise me that you heard from Chris. I kind of thought that it sounded like he had a case of cold feet and getting too involved and thought he might need to back off but when push comes to shove, he cares too much for you to let go. Good luck. I hope it all works out.
Lisa, it sounds like you expect to get swamped tomorrow. Dont let the people get to you. Keep Thursday in mind where you get to be with your best friend! That is indeed a golden friendship!
Everyone have a great evening and a fantastic Tuesday!
Cat Lady

Same here withthe iron supplement...well may be a tiny bit. All of us that have a problem with our iron will win, one way or another to get our iron back to normal is watch the movie "Iron Man" while pumping iron at the gym.
