Tuesday Roll Call
Good morning,
I am going to Panera's to knit with my friends who spin wool. Yesterday I didn't leave the house but I was busy supervising the concrete men and cleaning up the garage. Then I made a porketta roast from Fraboni's deli--fabulous! we'll be eating it all week! (Dawn, if you don't know this store, we need to talk!).
That's about all I know today and it's time to go.

Hi Connie,
You made me smile with the mental picture of you wearing a hard hat out in front of your house telling the concrete dudes how to do their job while you yell orders from your lawn chair.
I have a dentist appointment this morning for my semi-annual. I then am going to the grandbabies house to drop off a play kitchen I found (where else) at GW for 3.99. The thing is like huge and like new. But we are going to all drag it into the yard and scrub it down together.
I have my house group tonight and that is my day.
What is the rest of my dear ones up to today?????
Hugs,
Sharon
Good morning Connie and the rest of Illinois!
You have told me about Fraboni's, I just haven't made it there yet. I will have to check it out. We probably need to talk anyway.
I took David on a job interview and to drop off another application. In a bit, I am taking him into Freeport to drop off another application and pick up Liv's prescription.
Nancy----you mis-undersood......although I have been sending out resumes, I am not really ready to return to work. I am just ready to get back to being productive around the house. I still have many rooms left to deep clean and hostas to plant. Just seems like other stuff comes up.
David aired up the tires in my bike and as soon as I can get the seat lowered, I am going to try riding it. That is a great Fall activity.
Dinner last night was delicious.....homemade meatballs, garlic/cheese bread and mostacolli. I had one small bite of the bread and ate my meatballs with spaghetti squash, cottage cheese and sauce. YUMMY!
I picked up some boneless, skinless chicken thighs for tonight, but have not decided how to fix them.
Watson, I am sending healing energy your way as you approach these surgeries.
Sharon, your GW sounds awesome! The one around here is good, but not spectacular. Lots of times, they are more expensive than they should be. When I need 100% cotton shirts for tie die, they charge $2.99 per shirt. I can get a pack of 3 brand new for $5-$6 at Wal-Mart.
Lisa---how is work going? Still on 3 days?
Randy---congratulations on continued sobriety.
I better get going.......everyone have a lovely day!
Good morning and good afternoon.
Thank you, I would need the nealing enegery for my approaching surgeries. May be I can get a witch doctor to call/summons a healing power(s) that I can get through my my surgeries okay. :-)
Thanks again, you too have a lovely day.
