Tuesday Roll Call

Hello everyone

Yes Lisa the brownies did get eaten.  I left on Sunday and there were two left.  I had so much food that Chris invited his parents and we all ate food. 

Yesterday was my normal busy Monday and I came home and worked out and made dinner.  I saw my gym stalker but not in the gym....he was outside my building.  I just ignored him. 

Today I may go do groceries after work I haven't decided if I will do it today or tomorrow.  We shall see.

What will guys be dong today???

I am aggravated because I don't have an iPass.  I don't use the tolls that often.  Well I used them over the Summer and went home and paid online for the tolls.  I got a notice saying I didn't pay and I owe $65.  So I have to call with the reference# and tell them...excuse me I did pay you worthless government piece of crap!!!!  I don't know why they think I didn't pay.  I put my plate# and they have a picture of my plate# on this bill....why can't they match the payment with that info???  Probably way too logical for a government agency.  They have this option where you can ask for a hearing.  If I have to take a day off of work for a hearing I will scream!!!!  I better be able to handle this over the phone!!!!

Ok enough of my anti-government rant.

I think one of the best things I ever did was buy an I-Pass. Besides the convenience of it, you get a 50% discount on the tolls.

Today is another work day in Streator. I may get to like this. I don't leave the house until 7:45 and it takes me less then 5 minutes to get there. The downside is that there isn't any milage when you are at your home site. We have still not gotten swamped. Maybe the pipp program has really helped.

Meatballs and spagettie (for Hubby) for dinner tonight, with a green salad.

Lisa-  I didn't buy one because I used the Tollway once this year so far.  I didn't think it was worth the money.

The trucks are already busy on the street. I spent quite a bit of time doing sidewalk supervision with a neighbor yesterday. It was pretty amazing to watch them pull up that concrete in huge chunks. Then they dug down about 3-4 feet and filled in with rock and dirt and tamped it down. Because we didn't have notice we weren't able to move our sprinkler system heads and will probably have to replace 4-5 of them Bummer. Kay would have moved a few plants too. oh well. I think I'll watch for a while this AM and then head out to the Bookworm once I get tired of the noise.

G is home today because our ejector pump went out. It is an ugly job and thank goodness he can fix it. Today is a clean the house kind of day. I have small group tonight.

Last night, no window open, no fan and I froze in bed. IT IS TOO EARLY FOR THIS!

OK, I am done yelling.

I am very bummed because I never heard anything about that job interview. In the old days I never didnt get a job I interviewed for. Now I feel like I was asleep for 20 years, woke up and nobody wants me. I saw on the Talk, that one of the ladies who is Asian had plastic surgery on her eyes to get a job so she looked less Chinese. If I had the money, I'd get a face lift. Perhaps I'd have a better chance if I looked younger. I have faith, God has my back so I should just stop being a baby.

OK, I'm done complaining.

hello everyone its been a while I am 2 years out now and going on to the next step I am having my Panniculectomy surgery on the 25th of this month I am so scared but happy because I am going forward and winning my battles and nothing like feeling good for myself for a change peace miss you all...

Oh my.....so happy (and jealous) u are having your panni.

Good morning Crystal and the rest of Illinois!

I need to make a run to Freeport for a couple things, then home to figure out dinner.

We got an I-Pass a few years ago and really enjoy the convenience.  We only travel into the city a few times per year, but it also worked on the collage trip, all tolls were accepted.  It does not expire.

David is supposed to be looking for work so that he can pay for the car he destroyed, but so far, he is still sleeping.  I know it was traumatic, but he needs to get himself together.

I guess I will go and hope is is up when I get home.
