Tuesday Roll Call
Good Morning Everyone!
Well Monday is over and I sure am glad. I thought I was loosing it yesterday! 
I left for work and when I got to work, I did not have my car keys. 
I had Ricks. I could not get into wor****il someone opened the door. I remember distinctly grabbing my keys so I could not figure out how I managed that. I went home after work to exchange keys and mine were not there! Rick found mine on my car seat!
Last night we got a call from Fluffers doctor and he does not have a urinary tract infection. No bacteria present So I paid $250.00 to find out he is possibly being a brat. He has to g back in another week to be rechecked. Cats!!
Today is work and then the dentist. This is a busy week for me for dr appointments.
Crystal, your over ambitious self is loving that overtime I bet!
Dawn, you must be having a blast with your exchange students. I did not realize the boys were leaving so soon. Have fun with the girl!

Sharon, It is amazing the discrimination that takes place because of age and disabilitiies and other factors. It is unbelievable. It makes it so hard for the older worker.

Good morning Nancy and the rest of Illinois!
I am working today then home to help the girls rinse their tie dye from last night and maybe get some of my own work done.
Tammi is our new girl and she will be with us for two weeks until they all go home on August 6. She is very sweet and a little bit shy. I had her try peanut butter and she liked it but said, "I have something like that". She then came downstairs with a small candy that kind of tastes like the inside of a Reese's. Similar but not the same.
The boys were only with us 10 days. They left me presents for when I got home yesterday. Pedro left me a really neat wood carving. He may have done it himself as he is very artistic. Karl left me jewelry. A wooden bracelet, a beaded anklet with the Brazilian flag on it and earrings that have half an American flag and half a Brazilian flag. How sweet is THAT? I will have to attend Family Night to see them again.

Then after that I took Maddie to the orthodontic. She needs braces, so we got the estimate on that whole mess. She has beautiful teeth, and I'm so very lucky she does. But I guess braces would just enhance her beautiful smile. With all the running around, I started really really missing my dad. He passed away in January. He was out to lunch with a friend and choked on a sandwich. Boy, that guy had been through so much! Lisa, thank you for such wonderful and thoughtful words!
Today, we have some running around to do, then Maddie and I are going to do nails and I have to pack at some point. I leave for LA tomorrow. I come home on Monday. It will be the last work trip until September for me. Yippie!!!!!!! Well, I hope everyone has a good day. BLTs for dinner since I ordered chicken Caesar salads last night for dinner. I feel guilty for ordering out, but god, theses Caesar salads are so gooooood! Plus, it's kinda a Monday night tradition in the summer for me. Get my salad and sit in my recliner and watch the Bachelorette!
I lost 10 lbs! I am so happy. I wasn't even trying. I guess running around all the time pays off.
Today, I got a letter that my unemployment was cut off. I had to run down to the Joliet office to find out why. I guess an extension doesn't happen automatically. I was relieved to learn I still have another 6 months of benefits. After being #144 I was glad when I finally got it straightened up. It is very obvious the people who "work" down there really hate people.
I am making BLT's for dinner. I simply cannot come up with another idea. I am having a hard time coming up with new ideas. My hubby is a meat and potatoes guy and I am limited in what he will eat. Ugh!
Nancy, I recently had a similar situation with my keys. I grabbed my keys but when I got home no keys. I went into my purse and found my husbands spare set. He found my keys in his car. WEIRD!
Kim I love Monday night TV...I am addicted to Under the Dome and Mistresses. Pathetic I know. I stopped watching the Batch series a couple years ago when the guy chose nobody. I was DONE!

Me bad, I forgot to post this morning.
Nancy, you have 4 legged babies, you spend on them like we spent on our kids. You don't want them sick, just healthy. Your key story is one I have done. But usually, I will find mind in my purse when I get home. Now, the remote for the bedroom.... I generally don'****ch tv in the bedroom at night. I would much rather read. Hubert, lays the remote on the bed after he turns it off. I will usually remember to take it off the bed, but sometimes it gets wrapped in the blankets and kicked off the bed. Then I can never find it.
Dawn, enjoy your company. We had a girl from Isreal for a week, and one from Norway later the same summer. Both penpals of Monica's. Very educational.
Sharon and Nancy, I agree, there is age discrimination. As well as weight.
Kim, have a good trip and a great tummy tuck. I hope I will be able to have one some day.
Are Connie and Kay back yet?
It was work as usual for me today. This is the last wee****il September. It will be a good check.
