Hello everyone

I am glad the week is almost over...I am looking forward to the weekend.  I am also not happy that our nice weather is break and we are in for some crappy weather...just in time for Mother's Day.  At least I see we are in for some nice weather next week.

Yesterday after work I ran my errands.  I went to Walmart, Walgreens, Target and Fruitful Yield.  I like Fruitful Yield it's close to me and it's got all kinds of organic food and glutten free food.  They have a nice selection of organic meat of all kinds...beef, chicken, turkey, pork.  Priced about the same as Jewel but it's a smaller place so I find it more enjoyable to shop there because I am in and out faster..  I am going to buy my meat there from now on.  They also have an extensive selection of vitamins...but I haven't really looked at that stuff yet.  I wish they has produce though.

Today I am just working and working out.  That's it.  How is you looking?

So I have to get going...have a wonderful day...see ya later...bye

Good Morning Crystal and Illinois!

I am in a much better mood today than yesterday.  Last night I made a decision on my TV and it  is being installed today.  And no it is not Direct TV.  I had even contacted the office of the president and they would not budge.  So much for promises.  They lost a 20 year customer.  Their loss, not mine.

Today looks to be about the same.  Work and home.  But I  will have TV tonight!  I wont have to miss Grey's Anatomy.

Crystal, I agree that the weather could be better.  I hate rain on the weekend after a beautiful week.  It does not seem fair.  I want to be a child and have a temper tantrum when it happens.  It spoils my weekend.  Boo hoo.

By the way Crystal, you are a beautiful and thin woman!  If anyone tells you otherwise, they are trying to feed you a pack of lies.  When I look at your before and after pictures there is not comparison!  You are drop dead gorgeous!  You have worked hard and should be VERY proud of how far you have come.  I know the head is hard to convince that you are where you should be.  Try posting a picture or two of yourself on the refrigerator so that you can continually see how pretty you are!

Dawn, congratulations to Liv on making the honor society!  That is a great achievement any parent would be very proud of.

Connie, I think a forum to discuss the book is a great idea!

Randy and Lisa, you are both doing so well since your surgeries!  You are both real troopers.

Sharon, enjoy your extra free time.  I know you will miss your group but will enjoy the extra time.

Chris, what are your plans for the weekend?

Everyone have a great day!

Good morning,

We are heading to Elk Grove Village today. I have my final visit with Dr. Hart. We then will hopefully find the rest of the flowers I want. Just some old fashioned zinnias.

Have a great, if rainy day.

Hugs

Lisa

Hi Lisa,

I plant zinnias on the side of my house and I also do 4 o'clocks. I love the old fashioned flowers. I just buy seed packets at Walmart and they grow like crazy. It's cheap and it works. Hugs, Sharon

Hi Crystal,

I also love Fruitful Yield. That is where i get my ear cones for wax. They are the only ones who carry them that i know of.I am going to have to check out their meat.

I take Usana vits. There are only about 3-5 companies in the US whose entire line of vits are standardized. Usana is one. If you get a chance, go on You-tube and watch the many videos about people doing the apple test with Usana vits. Most vits are actually worse for us than taking nothing.

Have a great day!

Hugs,

Sharon

I noticed they have your Ezikiel Bread there.  But I don't really eat bread any more and it's wheat bread...I can't eat wheat anymore.  But they have a huge selection of gluten free products (including bread).  They had single serving cookies packs and I was curious how gluten free cookies taste so I bought a pack...and they were really tasty...I was surprised.

The meat I bought was turkey patties, ground beef, itailian sausage (nitrate and nitrie free), chicken patties.  They also had hotdogs there that are nitrate and nitrite free...but I didn't by any.  Of course these are all organic

Hi Friends,

I am getting ready to leave for the gym. It was brrrr this morning as I sat on my deck for my morning ritual of prayer. I guess we need the rain for our gardens....but that sunshine sure was nice while it lasted.

Today I am meeting my best friend Jimmy after the gym and we are going to bum around the second hand stores to see if we can find any treasures. Jimmy is my hairdresser and a perfectionist, so I will have to really get dolled up after working out in order to be "presentable' enough to stand at his side this afternoon HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

No grandbabies today but i am very excited because i will see them Saturday to celebrate Mother's day.

Have a good one my dear friends...........

Hugs,

Sharon
