I worked out in the gym and then came home and did the P90X..I am sore but no excessively. I also got my taxes done and I was surprised to see a big refund!!!
Today is my busy day and I will work out...what about you??? It's still will be sort of nice.
I am dressed all nice and Springy today...
Well I need to get going have a wonderful day...see you later...bye
Good Morning,
It was a nice day yesterday, to bad the forecast for the rest of the week is rain and gloom .I did get last summers pappas grass cut down. Hubert wanted to know why we don't cut it down in fall, I told him it is interesting to see something in winter. Plus, birds will cuddle in it when they are cold.
Today, I want to clean the dining room. I finished the scrapbook yesterday, so now is the time to clean up.
Everything is a go for Friday. Just counting down the days to my revision.
Hugs,
LISA
I am right behind you with my abdominal wall rebuild. I have put this off for a year longer than I had planned due to my internal bleeding a year ago. I still feel like from my energy levels there is some bleeding going on but the iron seems to counter a lot of it. Maybe they will see something while they are in there. I need to call and set up a time to see the anesthesiologist.
Your revision will be from band to sleeve?
Randy, I am going from band to RNY. I know the popular thing is from band to sleeve, but my doctor said it is better to go to RNY. it is still the best. In his opinion. I have to do what he reccommends.
What surgery are you having? And why do you need to set up an appointment with the anesthesiologist? Shouldn't the Dr. do that?
LISA
Good Morning Everyone!
Like Crystal, I too had my windows open and finished my taxes and am happy to report nice refunds coming in from the feds and the state! I will take them! Unlike Crystal, I did not exercise my butt off.
Today it is warm but rainy. Oh well, what can you expect for a Monday? This week I want to try some recipes I found on Pininterest. One is for overnight oatmeal and the other is for an egg "muffin" that is basicly eggs, cheese and spices that are baked and then reheated as needed.
Rick is going up to Gage's for a few days starting on Thursday through the weekend. Gage's mom is going on vacation and it gives the guys bonding time. They havent had much time together recently so this is good for both of them.
Not much else happening.
Everyone have a great day!

Happy Tax Day Peeps,
Yesterday was a slice of heaven. We drove into the city and had brunch. I, too, wore flip-flops and froze my buns off. But it got warmer as the day went on and we got all our running around done.
I splurged and bought frankincense essential oils at Whole Foods. I have been wanting to buy it for awhile but it is so expensive. I added it to rose hip a carrier oil and now have a non-toxic anti-aging serum.Let's see if this works. Who am I kidding?!??!? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Today is the gym and housework.
Hugs,
Sharon
It has been a busy three days. Now begins a different kind of busy. The U of Toronto course I should be able to finish before surgery. The Rice course I have been doing on my own time starts on their time today so hope I can finish the first three weeks before surgery and then start on the fourth week in time to finish after hospital week. Social functions with geeks the next three evenings and then I need to rest, do homework before preps for surgery and a sleep doctor visit.
Good afternoon Crystal and the rest of Illinois!
I am back at work after a 3 day weekend. Friday, I slept most of the day then vacuumed the heck out of my stairs and upstairs. I am seriously considering going to a 4 day work week to help alleviate some of my stress. Just have to talk to the hubster about it.
I pretty much stayed close to home all weekend except for lunch at Pancho and Lefty's in Monroe on Saturday with Todd and Liv.
Not much exciting for me. Thinking of Eileen today as she has her knee surgery.
Everyone have a lovely day!
Hi
I've been watching the Boston explosion all afternoon. I know several physicians who work in Boston and they are certainly on my mind. Feeling really sad about all this.
Weekend was quiet but we did go out to dinner and had a nice time. My son and daughter both called over the weekend and we did Facetime for the first time. Fun!
