Sunday Roll Call
Sat down at a bus stop and got in a position to miss some of the wind when two cute children about six, one boy and one girl came up with their father. Little boy said it is a nice day isn't it. I did not hear him the first time so I asked and he repeated then told me how the wind had blown off his hat. He made my day by sharing that new to him experience with me. Made me miss my grandkids though.
Not really anything that has to be done today outside but most of the day promises to be beautiful so I hope to get out for a bit just to walk or ride my bike. Likely to cold to just sit on a bench in the parklett.
I do want to finish an assignment in the advanced Python class today that is due Wednesday because I have promised myself to get out the files from the first four months of 2012 when I was still in business and total them up.
What about the rest of us.
Happy Sunday,
It is looking to be a nice sunny day, but a bit cool. We had an old fashion thunderstorm last night. The rain is needed.
I am starting on day 3 of the meal replacement. So far, so good. I froze a shake yesterday. It tasted like a chocolate peanut butter ice cream.I will do that again for tonight.
We will be heading for Bloomington later today. It is Monica's birthday.
Does anyone know where you can purchase Torani flavorings? The store that used to have them all, in Bloomington, closed.
Have a great spring day.
Hugs, LISA
Lisa, I also found Click protein online. It's coffee flavored both regular and decaf. It's the only liquid one I like. Also Quest protein bars in coconut, lemon and cinnamon are really good. They carry them at The Vitamin Shoppes but I've also bought them online. They are my "go-to" for protein now. You can buy a box of mixed flavors too. 8 seconds in the microwave makes them taste amazing!

Hello everyone
Oh yes Randy it is supposed to be a beautiful day today!!! Spring has sprung and I am so happy I could skip and whistle!!!
Yesterday we walked and walked and I saw so many nice things at this craft show but I showed restraint. I walked away with a cute pair of earrings for Amanda, candles (of course, I am obsessed with candles)...and this stuff that promises to help all sorts of ailments...including sinusitis. So far I am think it is helping. Then we went out to eat at a place in Willowbrook called Bernard's Cafe...it was good. I had a turkey burger but I didn't eat 90% of the bun. Then on my way home I stopped at JCPenney and I found 2 tops I likes and bought 3 pairs of undies. Then came home worked out. Then did some cleaning...needless to say I was a bit tired. But I like being busy.
Today I have a wine tasting to go to at 2pm. So I want to get my workout in before that and get ready. I also need to go to Walgreens and I want to stop off at Old Navy...I love their capris and I like their cheap flip flops. I get a couple every year...I will have all of the colors soon. And later after the wine tasting I have to get my laundry done. So I have another busy day.
Well I am off to start my day. I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. see ya later...bye
Happy Spring Chickadees,
It got warmer yesterday as the day progressd. By 6 p it was 70 degrees. Last night we slept with no heat on. Yeah!!!!!!!!
Yesterday, I wanted to go North but my husband wanted to go south.....guess who won? We drove to Dyer to get rib tips and on the way home we stopped at Chili's to sit at the bar and watch the game. I again had a club soda and wondered why it is a no-no after the surgery. In the old days i would slurp down 2-4. I can now get anout 2/3 of a glass down and I am satidfied.
Was at the vets for 2 hours. Finally after waiting they could not diagnose Wolfie because he had no urine. So they made an educated guess and he is on orals for 10 days. Hope this works. It is hysterical how when I bring any of the cats home from the vet or groomer the other ones hiss at him. He must smell different. HAHAHAHA
Today is church. Afterwards we are boxing up our equipment because we are moving to our new permanent church home next week. EXCITEMENT.
I have something up my sleeve for later, but who knows if it will come to fruition.
Hugs my dear ones,
Sharon
