Friday Roll Call
Hello everyone
Well my doctors visit went like this....I lost 4 lbs last month...eh...it's alright I guess. He looked up my nose and said my sinus passages looked very inflamed and swollen. He looked at my ears and said I had lots of fluid in both but no signs of infection. But he gave me some strong antibiotics to see if what I have is just a nasty sinus infection that won't go away. But in the meantime he ordered blood tests to be run for allergies. He wants to rule out allergies and infections. He said if I come back next month and my blood tests come back negative for allergies and the antibiotics did nothing the next step will be a sinus cat scan. He said he will want to see if there is some kind of physical impairment inside my sinuses that is causing all my symptoms. So now just to keep things clear and open (so I don't get more fluid in my ears) he has me on 2 decongestants and 2 nasal sprays....ugh!!! The stronger decongestant I take at night because it makes you sleepy...the Allegra I take in the morning.
Last night I had fun and I didn't get home till almost 1am. And I woke up at 6am...and I would have slept longer except I was woken up twice with a foot cramp and had to get up to walk it off. So I finally just got up at 6am.
Today I am going to run to Walgreens to fill my prescriptions, then workout, then later tonight I am going to go out with old work friends. Oh it will be fun. I haven't seen some them in awhile. So more than likely it will be another late night. But who cares...I am going to have some fun!!!!
