Tuesday Roll Call
Crystal,
We are so much alike in some ways....I cannot bear to give all my old fat clothes away all at once either. I keep thinking some of it will fit, and in reality it is all huge on me. I go to the store and try on X because i believe that is what I need and it is always so big.............I guess it's part of the process we all must go though.....XO Sharon
Good Morning Everyone
Crystal, I agree, I would be nuts if I could not clean my ears. They itch constantly and are always full of wax. I drive myself insane as it is with them.
Today it was so cold. I looked at the temp before I left for work and it was so cold without even taking the wind chill into account. Where is our warm weather???? It does not help that it was 80 degrees last March. We now know it can get warm in March. I want last year!!!
My refrigerator door is not staying closed. We think it is due to worn out gaskets. Rick called different places yesterday and they wanted $100 to come out just to look and then there were the parts and that was just for 1 hour labor. Geesh. He went online and ordered new gaskets from Amana for both the refrigerator and freezer for $160.00. They are both worn. He can put those on. If that is not the problem, then they needed to be replaced anyway and we will go from there. If that was the problem then we will have solved it a lot cheaper than having a service person out. It is always something.
Lisa, good luck on your stress test. I hope everything comes out ok. I do not like that test. There is so much to it.
Sharon, hope you have a great group tonight. I love your tip about the peroxide. I will have to try that.
Crystal, I am so happy you found a workout buddy. My best friend in college was a gay guy. I just loved him to pieces because we had such a good relationship without any of the hassles.
I hope everyone has a great day!

Good Afternoon,
I have had a busy morning, first dropped off my grandson at school, then went to Janesville, stopped at Woodmans, then off the Basis, and final stop Mounds for that special dog food for Louie, 5 lb bag was $17.00 What am I to do, anyway came home started laundry fed the dogs, and Maddix, then the school nurse called, Nolan has a fever of 102 so off the Walgreens to get Motrin for him and then get him from school, He is resting and watching TV. All I can say is here we go again with the colds
Crystal I too am sick of this weather, it is so dang cold and windy, I want to run away to a warm place,
No much else going on here, looking forward to a quite afternoon.
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Good afternoon Crystal and the rest of Illinois!
I have been super busy at work without much time to visit.
I stumbled over the weekend and had a few drinks, but I am back on the wagon. David was over on Friday night and left on Saturday instead of staying until tomorrow. Oh well......day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute.......
For the ears, Todd's doc told him to use a mixture of half water and half peroxide. Drip it in, let it fizz, then drain it out onto a towel. Repeat until 1 oz. has been used. I use a Q-tip. Liv's ear doctor has never said. Then again, we never asked. She IS the one that recommended the neti pot for nasal issues.
We have decided on the trip. We are leaving early Saturday morning and have an appointment at Roger Williams College in Bristol, NH on Monday morning. The second visit is on Wednesday morning at UNCW, where Liv went to Marine Biology camp. Thursday morning will be Coastal Carolina. We hope to see a few friends along the way. Unfortunately, the Carolinas are having cool weather also. It will only be in the mid 60's. Oh well, maybe it will be Spring here when we get back at the end of March/beginning of April.
Gotta get back to work!
Thanks to all and have a great day!

We all stumble now and then. You have taken ownership of this slip up and are back on the wagon. You can do this! Forgive yourself for being humble. Take a look at your mood and the situation in which you tripped. Were there any triggers that you can see that you can be aware of or prevent the next time? Use this experience to learn from and to guide you through future temptations. This is new and just like food, we all have to look at the temptations that got us into the situation that we are fighting. Every little bit of information can help us in our struggles. Hugs.
