Sharon-  No internet for 3 days...ugh!!!  I had that happen to me once it was a nighmare I had to endure!!!  Of course now I have my iphone...hehehehe!!!

Oh when South Park first came out ( I think 1996) I was a HUGE fan.  I loved them.  After awhile I grew bored of them and stopped watching them.  Every once in awhile I will watch some shows here and there.  They are very vulgar but it's their very vulgarity and bawdiness that appeals to me...I'm sure no surprise to any one here.  I am sure that play would be right up my alley.

As far as my paintball adventure...oh it was lots of fun!!!  More fun than I had in a long time.  But those things are not gentle when they hit you.  So I have bruises from the paintballs.....I have bruises from where I dove down to the ground to avoid getting hit.... and my butt is sore from where this over zealous nut ball tackled me!!!!  Ya tackled me.  I yelled... hey you dumb ass paint ball is a no-contact sport...and then I hit him in the head with my paintball gun!!!!  This was fun for me because I am overly competitive and have bit of a vicious side (you have to know when you hit people it hurts...but they hurt me too)!!!!  HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Well since I have some time now that the grand is down for his nap, though I would check  in, It has been a busy day, took one grandson to school, and then have a vet appointment for Louie  (dog), anyway he has been scratching  his face again, Dr. thinks he has food allergies, so for the  second time, he got a shot, and three bottles of pills, and I have to go to Janesville to get this special dog food from California  Natural with Kangaroo and Lentils, and the only place has it is Mounds in JVL

Jim has been sick since Thur. with sore throat and cough, and having a hard time eating, Wish I had that problem kiss. Not much else going on here.

Crystal have fun with your new work out buddy,

Nancy, Our vet's cat has the Lion cut, she looks so cute. And be carful on the icy walkway, dont need you falling down.

Lisa hope you the OK from your DR.

Sharon Have fun with your errands,

Well I am out of here, to find something to do while he is still napping.

Have a great day.

Randy, Hope you enjoyed your soup this morning, I love home made soup.

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Hello. When I post for daily to reply to the top post or where? I wanted to tell you all hello and that I'm healing. I had no pain pills yesterday and don't feel I need them. They sure helped my leg pain but that wasn't what they were meant for. Crystal I have bruises all over too, put had no fun. I can't figure why the bruise on my left near my shoulder. They had to try 3 times for the IV and I have large places on my arms. Other then that my stomach looks and feels like the lap band surgery. I will have to have some heart test to find the cause of the low pulse that happened. Have any of you had your pulse drop to low for surgery?  We are getting some snow here in Channahon. We need sunshine and lots of green.   Norma

Norma- You poor thing..you will be up and having fun soon enough.

As far as the IV thing goes...I am lucky.  I must have easy veins because they almost always get mine right away.  Maybe that's why I have no fear of needles...hmmm, that would make sense.  I always feel bad for people that have bad veins and need to be stuck multiple times.

Janet- Listening to you talk about your grandchildren reminds me of my grandparents.  I used to hear them tell their friends I kept them young....hahaha!!!  That's what your grands are doing...they are keeping you young.

Yes...I am going to enjoy having a workout buddy now.  I won't be so lonely in there.  It will be something to look forward to.
