Breakfast- 1/2 banana 14 almonds

Lunch- 1/2 cottage cheese 1 cup cantaloupe

Dinner- mini pizza (Thursday is always mini pizza night...haha)

Breakfast   Protein drink

Lunch  Protein Drink

Dinner left over chix stir fry.

Last night for dinner 3/4 cheese burger and handful of frys.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet.                    1 babybell cheese

Snack-        1 cheese stick

Lunch-        1 bowl of homemade soup (last serving)

                    crackers and peanut butter

Supper         Bratwurst noodles and veggie
