What are you eating today???
I think I forgot to post this yesterday...shame on me!!!
breakfast- 1/2 cup rasp berries and 14 almonds
Lunch- 1/2 cottage cheese and apple slices
Dinner- 2 no-fry chicken tenders (left over from last night)...salsa, 1 slice cheese, tortilla...I decided to make a mini-burrito out of the leftovers. sounds yummy
Snack...??? I'm doing groceries...so it could be anything.
B- strawberries and yogurt
L- Hummus on pita chips with 1/2 cup strawberries
D- Broiled cod and a baked potato one small scoop ice cream
S Protein shake
Yesterday was a complete wash, I ate anything I could get my hands on, I think I was upset because the scale went up 2 lbs
Now that I have that out of my system
B protein drink
S. 100 cal. Almonds and S.F. frappuccino
L Wild berry protein drink with frozen fruit, and Raspberry syrup
D Not sure yet.
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
