Two weeks ago I even tried eating junk food to avoid whiskey but the dumping was too bad.

Nothing yesterday but those hours between 4 pm and 10 pm are hard.

Did not get to sleep until 1:30 Sunday night.  Took my full dose of gabepentin and doubled my melatonin last night and slept from 10 pm to 5:15 am.

So you have been forgiven?

I agree!  Those are the "witching hours" where alcohol has its spell on me.  I am working very hard to break that spell but I totally understand and sympathize.

Dawn- oh I hate beer too and the smell of it even. Sadly the smell of it reminds me of my mom's breath. But I want to try a beer bread recipe!!!

It's funny how I am really getting into cooking all of the sudden. I always hated cooking. Weird.

I always say food addicts have it harder than other addicts because we still have to eat so we face the demon 3+ times a day and have to partake in the very thing we are addicted to. Where every other addiction you are told to never touch

It again. But I guess you have a double dose of addiction. But you are doing well. Do they tell you the cravings will get less as the days go by??? I am just thinking about food...I know if I stay

Away from a particular food long enough it's easier for me to say no to it. I'm just wondering if it will be the same for this addiction.

Well I hope you keep fighting the fight. Stay strong!!!

Dawn, not sure if this would help you, but thought I would run this by you, and you can tell me to mind my own business, if you want to.

On your way home, if you can, stop at a grocery that does not sell alcohol.

Same for gas.

Try a bit different route home. I know that would be hard, but at least out of Rockford.

Thinking of you

LISA

You did the correct thing not going to the theater because you might have got so aggravated there and you would have caved to the urge to stop.

Good morning everyone,

Babysitting again today, and more diapers to change, I have been having a concern about one of my dogs, Louie, I have had him only a short time, since Sept. last year, anyway he is always scratching his face, I had him to the Vet once for it, they gave him a shot and he was much better, but it has started up again, the Benadryl has not helped one bit. Have changed his food, and putting oils in his food, He is a very high strung dog,  and  thinking  it is nerves, he is also a  mommies boy.

I am going to go looking for sheets for our bed sometime today, or tomorrow, when I dont have kids,

Tomorrow night is my grandsons spring sing at his school, He is 6 and in Kindergarten, should been cute.

Friday going to a Ice Hogs games,

Not too sure what the weekend will bring.

Lisa, too bad we dont live closer, I have some shorts that I can't ware anymore, maybe they would fit you.

Randy Ham for breakfast, more protein

Crystal, glad to hear that their are still people out there that are taking advantage  of their employers. The chicken sounds good, I too don't like Mayo. I might have to give it a try. As for the Cell  Phone for OH, is this something you need to down load from the Play Store on is it on this site?

Nancy glad you got the work day and hours you like.

Dawn, How are you doing? you are in my thoughts daily.

Not much going on here, everyone have a great day

Ice Hogs are fun.

My ham had a california mix rosemary and thyme, added zuchini, cheese, sambal olek and peanut butter.  Yum!
